Looking for support?

Many readers contact me in search of resources, like how to work together, where to find a therapist, and who to call when they’re in crisis. I’ve compiled the most requested resources below, as well as some favorites tools and books to read, to support you in your journey.

This resource list, provided by THRIVE Lifeline, includes crisis lines, helplines, peer support, and self-care tools that decenter police and other non-consensual crisis interventions.

The LWN practitioner directory includes coaches, therapists, and healers who prioritize the unique experiences of historically marginalized people through an anti-oppressive, decolonial lens.

I offer peer support for neurodivergent folks who are looking to shift from shame- and force-based motivational styles, to centering self-trust, curiosity, and joy in their approach to daily living.
