okay, Pitch Me: why should I subscribe?

The short answer is because you believe in this.

Queer futures that shine impossibly bright, queer communities that are as soft as they are unbreakable, queer ancestors that beam with pride, queer collaboration where we continue to push the collective forward.

I put my heart and soul into this platform because I was once a queer youth googling “help i want to die” and “am i really trans” because I was too scared to tell someone.

Now, I’m the queer elder surpassing algorithms and AI search boxes so that anyone in a dark place can find a loving voice of someone who has been there, too.

Especially in 2025, witnessing social media platforms continue to mine marginalized people for their culture and trauma, perpetuate harmful misinformation, and push sensationalized narratives that overwhelm our systems and shut us down.

When so much content online is more concerned with views than actually supporting healing and meaningful support.

We โ€” the collective โ€” deserve better than this.

This is my offering to all of you. I’ve spent over a decade learning how to create resources that uplift us, challenge us, and protect our hearts.

Tl;dr: I want to do this work for a very long time, and I’m humbly asking for your support as I do. ๐Ÿ˜…

Neuro-affirming guides: These are guides that offer actionable support for daily living as a neurodivergent and/or disabled person in a more shame-free, accommodating way.

What are the subscription milestones and rewards?

To let folks know how deeply I appreciate the support, Iโ€™m offering rewards to subscribers as we grow!

๐Ÿง  150 subscribers: Original videos created and added to this ADHD productivity guide.

๐Ÿ• 300 subscribers: A live pizza party! Iโ€™ll host a subscriber-only event for us to hang out together.

๐Ÿ† 500 subscribers: I’ll raffle off a 1:1 coaching session with me.

Can’t you just work with brands or place ads?

Sure, in theory! In practice, that would mean the content I create is being dictated by the highest bidder, how many views I can generate, and what I can sell you.

Relying on subscribers, rather than just random brand deals and weight loss ads that Google pushes in front of you, allows this blog to be focused on creating the best possible content for the folks who subscribe.

Running an entire website is a very involved thing! And while it might be โ€œeasierโ€ to get paid through other means, I want to put in the effort so that this blog remains in alignment with my values and is truly about the community.

Fine, fine, I get it. Take me to the subscribe button!
