I restarted testosterone this week, and I want to talk about it. 🏳️‍⚧️
I am on five different medications. It used to be hard to share that with anyone, because I thought that something must be wrong with me to need so many. I worried that my needs confirmed how broken I felt for such a long time.
Does this cycle look familiar to you? You’re anxious about a task, so you avoid it or procrastinate... but that just makes it more overwhelming with time. And just when you need to summon the motivation and get it done? You freeze — the overwhelm becomes so big, you can’t seem to move.
